Our Story

About New Berlin Road Christian Academ

Founded in 1905, New Berlin Road Church has a long and faithful history of serving the Jacksonville community. Over the years, we have responded to local needs by establishing feeding centers, supporting orphan care, and launching community outreach programs that demonstrate God’s love in action.

As part of our continued commitment to the Oceanway community, we recognized a vital need for a values-based Christian school—a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow academically, spiritually, and emotionally.

In response, New Berlin Road Christian Academy opened its doors in August 2025, beginning with Kindergarten through 2nd Grade, with plans to expand through 5th Grade.

Our educational approach is grounded in biblical truth and strong moral principles, emphasizing character development, compassion, and service to others. We believe education is more than academics—it’s about shaping hearts and minds to reflect Christ.

We strive to make a lasting impact by teaching students to care for their community, to lead by example, and to serve with purpose. Our goal is to help each child grow in confidence, integrity, and a lifelong sense of responsibility—equipped to make a difference wherever God leads them.
