We are seeking a passionate and committed Christian educator to join our teaching team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a love for children, a dedication to biblical values, and a desire to integrate faith with learning across all subjects. This role involves instructing students, creating engaging lesson plans, and fostering a classroom culture that reflects Christ-like character.

• Deliver daily instruction in core subjects (e.g., reading, math, science, Bible,  etc.)
• Integrate a biblical worldview into all classroom activities and discussions
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and academic standards
• Maintain an orderly, structured, and loving classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development
• Uphold and model the spiritual and behavioral standards of the church and school

• A  committed follower of Jesus Christ and an active member of a Bible-believing church (Baptist affiliation preferred)
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (AA) or 5 years of documented homeschool teaching experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a classroom and engage students with diverse learning styles
• A  passion for Christian education and a heart for ministry

• Experience in a private Christian school setting
• Familiarity  with classical education or Christian curriculum (e.g., Abeka, BJU Press)
• CPR/First  Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Annual Salary: $30,000
