Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission to New Berlin Road Christian Academy, each prospective student and their parent/guardian must complete the following steps:

1. Call to schedule a tour of the school.
2. Submit all required enrollment and application forms.
3. Provide a copy of the student's most recent achievement test scores.
4. Submit the student's latest report card.
5. Provide an official transcript (for high school applicants only).
6. Submit a copy of the student's birth certificate.
7. Provide an updated Florida DH 680 Immunization Form.
8. Submit the School Entry Health Exam Form.
9. Arrange a meeting with the school administration.
10. Complete a student achievement assessment.

These steps ensure a smooth and complete enrollment process for your child.
